Recommendations for entering protocols

• Please use footnotes[1]:
  • when uploading a new protocol to indicate the original paper (or author/lab if unpublished), and
  • when adding comments to an existing protocol (alternate reagents or procedure modifications).
• Include your name and date in the footnote.
• If you are adding an alternative for an existing protocol, please put them both on the same page under separate sections and summarize the relative strengths and weaknesses of each at the top of the page.
